Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a physical store. JWN Shop is online store only.

 

What is your return policy?

JWN Shop's refund policy is posted on our website via https://www.jwnshop.com.au/policies/refund-policy

 

Do you have a minimum spend requirement in order for me to place an order?

No - there is no minimum spend required!

 

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Yes! All of our customers will receive a tracking number for any order/s placed with JWN Shop. The tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped, and will be sent to you via email in which you provide to us when completing your order. 

 

What locations do you currently deliver to?

JWN Shop currently delivers Australia-wide, including NSW, QLD, ACT, WA, VIC, SA, and TAS. We do not ship internationally.

 

How long will it take for my order to deliver?

Shipment of orders will generally take up to 48 hours to process, with delivery between 1-4 business days for most states (excluding Perth which may take up to 8 business days for delivery). Please note there may be slight delay with order deliveries due to the impact of COVID-19.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

JWN Shop accept  PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Bank Transfer, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

 

I want to place and order but have it delivered to PO BOX/Parcel Locker as I won't be able to accept the delivery. How do I place an order?

Our standard carrier do not deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery addresses. If you would like your order to be delivered to these postal addresses, please contact us prior to making your order and we will be in touch. Please note, this method of delivery will incur additional charges due to postage processing with Australia Post.

 

I tried to place an order, but it would not allow me as I am from a regional/rural area. I still want to place an order. How do I proceed?

If you wish to deliver your order to a rural suburb which is excluded from the suburbs and rates noted on our 'Shipping Policy' page, please email us with your order at info@jwnshop.com.au so we can further assist you. As shipping rates vary depending on the postcode/suburb and the total quantity and size of your order, these fees must be calculated and quoted to you prior to processing. 

 

My order is considered a 'bulky order' due to the number of items and total weight. What is the maximum weight/size for an order to be accepted?

Please note the maximum weight and/or size per order is 25kg and/or 25m3.

If your order contains items which are very heavy or considered bulky and exceeds the above weight and/or measurements, we reserve the right to charge for additional freight costs. For selected products, we allow a maximum quantity to be purchased through our checkout system to avoid excessive charges caused by heavy, bulky and over-sized orders.
